Hi
I take PuraEPA daily in an attempt to reduce mood swings and anxiety.
I take a high dose and although I've been on in a month this time round, I've had pleasant experiences previously.
I think a high grade oil is best as lower grade/cheaper ones just seem to smell!
It helps my skin and hair too.
I get mine from mind1st.com - not cheap but as I say, I think it works.
I've recently ditched medication and started this again.
So far, so good.
I hope you get some more answers to this.0 -
I don't think I've ever heard of any risks to taking fish oil (unless for some reason you have an allergy or condition, and/or your doctor recommends against it).
I took it for a while then stopped, mostly because I'd forget to take it.
Some of them smell or taste weird, so find one that works for you. My friend took one before a work out and nearly puked because she burped and the taste came back up. So just a warning, that could happen.0 -
Fish oil supplements are not something you really 'feel' working.
However they are one of the few supplements which has the backing of science, most people have a diet too high in omega 6 and too low in omega 3.
They are a good idea for most people IMO.0
