being you are fasting, I wouldn't add exercise to the bill... and as for what and how much food to eat... I would suggest reading up on lean gains. One moment, I will get their website for you.

I hope it helps, it's program is already like the fast you do... Just I wouldn't exercise during it, unless if your looking for weight loss
I will be praying for you, and I wish you well and much luck0 -
Protien fills you up and keeps you full. I would try to space small meals out until you go to bed and the wake up a little early and eat a meal before 4am. And excercising might not be a good idea. You may not be able to meet your daily requirements if you do. Just my opinion. Have a good Ramadan. Hope this helped.0

one of my good friends is Muslim, and here is what she does during Ramadan...she wakes before sunrise and eats a meal high in protein and drinks at least a couple of glasses of water. she then fasts through the day and at sunset she has another large meal with plenty of protein and water. She said she usually has a snack before she goes to bed (fruit or veggies, and some protein usually) and occasionally she wakes up in the middle of the night to eat a snack. She does not exercise during this time so her body won't burn more than it needs to0

I remember seeing a lot of posts last year about Ramadan, so maybe you can do a search and get some useful information from those. I have also seen a few other threads recently, here is a link to one
