Soda. I was drinking tons of soda, but I gave it up back in January. Now I mostly drink water.0

Long Island Iced Teas.....and all the food that goes with it: chicken wings. Potato skins, fries w/ bacon & cheese.0

Pepsi ... I used to drink 2L a day .... and french fries (especially poutine) .... well ... anything fried ... and chinese food0

Mountain Dew and Sweet(and I mean extra sweet) Tea...it was nothing for me to drink a 2 liter and a half a gallon of tea in a day...I'm pretty sure that is where most of my weight came from...I have cut out sugary drinks for the most part...I try to stick to those crystal light things now0

Chips and queso, nachos, chicken strips with southern gravy and fries, and brownies.0

crispy, flaky butter croissants. i know that if i want one bad enough i can squeeze in the calories somehow. but they hold way less appeal now, knowing that if i eat one at 9 am i'm hungry by 11!0

I still eat and enjoy all the foods I ate before. I don't think any of it is meh now.0

Grilled cheese .. just too greasy now
Pies I just don't like the textue of pastry now .
Full fat milk and full fat cola don't like the taste of them any more
And to my utter dismay ... Red Lobster Biscuits :sad:0 -
Milkshakes.
I would STUFF a coffee cup with ice cream, add some milk, not to much -just enough to kinda melt it n b able to stir it around,, top it off with whipped cream (extra creamy of course) and some caramel -YUM
Haven't had 1 in 2 months n I MISS them!!:( BUT
Ive lost about 15 lbs so ....I can do without!0 -

My wife used to make chex mix puppy chow all the time...le sigh....

Double chocolate muffins for breakfast, thai green curry for lunch. I still eat them sometimes, but I used to eat them a lot and I love them both.0
