I do not have a pull up bar. What exercises can I do to get the results of the back that require the pull ups? Thanks

Try getting a set of resistance bands they are quite cheap, i am doing p90x and it wouldn't be the same without the pull ups it makes it much more challenging.0

And a set of the lighter ones. They come with clips so you can stack them for more resistance as you get stronger.0 -
Resistance bands work great. Just need to hook it to the door and you're good to go. Walmart has a pull-up bar for about 25 bucks if you're interested. It works great and is very sturdy.0
