What part of your body do you dislike the most?

And what are you doing to change it?

Mine are my arms, I'm doing a lot of cardio and weight lifting and such...I hope it's working

    I hate my stomach. I've been dieting and exercising for 16 weeks now, and it's improved. It used to stick out...I had a large "beer belly." I still have abdominal fat, but it's a ton better. But I want a six-pack! Grrrr.

    my stomach! i just had twins 16weeks ago and started with a tiny frame. i gained 60lbs and was close to 50in around (im only 5ft 2). soi have what they call twin skin! lots of saggy skin. im having a tummy tuckk once i finish losing all my weight. wish there was another alternative.

    Same. I'm trying to work on losing some fat mostly because I know there's a lot of muscle underneath.
  • i heard pilates is really good to slim your legs, i need to do it more though

    My arms & stomach. It seems that no matter what I do, they still look soft even if I lift heavy & eating at a moderate deficit. I want a rock solid body. I still can't see my muscle definition on my arms without flexing my bicep or twisting my tricep not to mention that I still see some mini rolls of fat everytime I bend, sit down or do sit-ups/crunches :grumble:
