finally!!!!!

Ok...I don't eat junk or any pop or sugar ...all homemade baked stuff (biscuits, pancakes, bread, etc) and what I bake is whole wheat ...all healthy ...I exercise daily and try hard as I can to do 1200 calories per day.
Since January this year I couldn't lose a single pound. Nothing. No matter what I tried.
My thyroid is under control. I have medical issues but all that and nothing lost?
I was in tears!

So finally ...I am down 5 pounds!!!!!!! I am ecstatic! This gives me motivation to run a marathon! I'm making progress! I can't skinny dip yet but I can chunky dunk! Its gonna be 104° today....but after the 5 pounds gone I'm still gonna sweat it out and go go go!!!

Just had to share my success! I'm thrilled to pieces!
Gonna do a happy dance! (And log that for more burned calories!)

    Thanks! I wish I didn't have to bake it all but my youngest son refuses to eat boxed pancakes or canned biscuits ...drives me nuts!
