I have lost weight doing a low carb diet, but now that I am weight training and doing cardio I decided to try this program so I could keep track of my calories, carbs and proteins. I find that I am at least 1,200 calories below the recommended amount every day and tend to have an additional 5-10 grams of protein. I read that for a woman my age, extra protein could be beneficial in warding off osteoporosis, but I'm still concerned. How do I add the extra calories with out adding the protein? I should say that I am also below my recommended amount of fats and carbs.

this is the first time i have used a program like this, i have been trying to lose weight for months, everytime i lose a couple pounds i tend to put it back on, at the moment i feel at a standstill due to this, i try to use the wii fit daily using ankle weights on alternate days,, however i work shifts and cannot exercise at the same time of day every day, i seem to be over on the protein and under on the carbs???
