what food to choose

when adding food to my diary (like watermelon and grapes yesterday) how do i know which calorie total is right. the numbers can be really different? Any suggestions????

    i agree when it comes to produce it can be hard...obviously if the food had nutrition info on it then use that, but if it doesnt then i like to check www.calorieking.com i find them very accurate then i would just use a MFP food that is the same as on there

    Try shooting for less than 70 calories or so per serving of fruit. Most of them are about 50-60 calories.
