I lost 7 pounds in 8 days!! Only 40 pounds to go now til my desired weight, or 28 til my healthy BMI, but I have been following MFP to a tee, and I also joined the gym last week and have been doing 30 min. cardio and 30 min. strength training.. Hard work pays off I guess???? :)
