I have a pain in the butt
Pulled my glute last night at volleyball. Its not severe enough to give me pain while walking around a little, but it doesn't feel strong, and I know if I jog it will get much worse. I need to rest it.
But I need my cardio!!
So is stationary bike riding ok for a pulled butt muscle? If not, can someone recommend something else that doesn't include my butt? I can't think of anything.

Cycling uses a lot of butt muscles. Try swimming?
To stretch it out, lie on your bad, cross one ankle over the other knee and reach through to hug the lower leg towards your chest.

Schedule yourself a massage, that's a really good way to get past muscle and soft tissue injuries. That and lots of stretching.0
