Awesome Job by my Wife

Since we aren't really telling everyone around us about out weight loss I think I should post here about the awesome job my wife is doing, not only does she help me out by weighing in all the food, she has lost 12lbs!

Based on some clothes last night I think that is a dress size or two as well.

That's 25% of her goal!!! I think that is great and wanted to congratulate her and she will see the post :)

    That's awesome! It seems like there have been a lot of "unsupportive spouse" posts lately, so I'm glad to see other couples supporting each other. I never could have lost any weight with my husband's support! WTG!

    How smart are you for not telling the people around you about your weight loss? So smart! I wish I would've kept it between my husband and myself and MFP. I've had so many people telling me I should reward my great workouts or weight loss by EATING CRAP. *sigh*

    Congrats to you and your wife! Way to go with the support! I couldn't do this without my husband's support, either. :wink:

    I love the fact that you are praising your wife for her support and success! So proud that a couple is in it together and supporting each other! I, too, have a great husband who supports my efforts and doing the MFP along with me! Thank you for being one of the awesome husbands out there!

    You are an amazing husband! It helps so much to have the support at home. I couldn't have lost all of my weight if it wasn't for my husband.

    I also congratulate on keeping it between the two of you because once others know - they watch every piece of food you put in your mouth and seem to PUSH sweets & junk on you even more.

    I love that you reward yourself with RUM and Coke, I do the same! Great job being supportive and great job to your wife for 12lbs - it makes a difference in how clothes fit!
