    Thanks everyone....I feel great and I KNOW this weight loss is a gift to my body not to be taken lightly. I now have a new resolve to stay healthly and fit...For me personally, I plan to weigh daily just to watch my body and not allow things to get out of hand, I don't mind I actually love seeing those numbers on the scale!!!

    I am doing the same thing. I feel like I need the scale to help keep me in check ;)
