So.. some honest feedback here:
I recently started making some sugar free, organic, all natural syrups to use in coffee and italian sodas at home. They are really yummy, and my chocolate and carob syrups can also be fudge sauces.
They have less than 5 ingredients in each, and I've been exploring different flavors and combinations. It's a lot of fun!
Per serving (1 oz) they have anywhere from 9-20 calories, no sugar, and less than 2 carbs.
Stevia-sweetened only, with organic stevia extract.
My question to you is, would you buy this?
If so, what flavor would be your dream flavor?
Thanks in advance for everyone's feedback.. this means SO much to me! :flowerforyou:

What are the ingredients? I am a label reader and the phrase "sugar free" scares me into thinking it contains a substance I don't want to ingest. If fake sugar is involved then no, I wouldn't buy it.0

I use Torani's all the time. Is it something like that?0

Stevia sweetened, only!
I use stevia, because I can't ingest ANY other alternative sugars. They tear my stomach up, my dad has diverticulitis too.. so ensuring the stuff is easily digested is a big deal for me.0 -
Sure wouldn't.
I have no idea what your home kitchen looks like or what your hygeine standards are. I don't know if you have liability insurance to cover any lawsuit I may have to bring against you or if you've ever met a health inspector.0 -

That's definitely something to note, and thank you for bringing it up. I unfortunately don't have business in offering this to other people, it's more for idea purposes.0 -

I would definitely be interested in a product sweetened with stevia.0 -
Chocolate and peanut butter. Those are my go-to flavors, but I use them in my shakes, not my coffee. Hazelnut or Irish Cream in my coffee.0

Amaretto, hazelnut, Bailey's Irish Cream. Oh, and a rich vanilla.
Oh wait, the booze thread was down the hall.
I would consider buying something like what you make. Depends on taste and price.0 -

In some areas, you can rent commercial kitchen space, so that "home cooks" can produce their products in properly inspected kitchens. If she actually wanted to turn this into a business, this would be one possible route.0 -
