I need suggestions on staying motivated!!

I have lost 11 pounds, and it took me four weeks to get that off, and I am working out THREE TIMES A WEEK!! I don't want to fall off the wagon - any tips or ideas to keep you pushing forward!?? Thanks! :wink:

    You're losing weight at nearly 3lbs a week and need -more- motivation? Most people need it when the scale doesn't budge.

    Nothing to be disappointed about.

    You're hurt'n for certain if you need motivation now, cause there's some real plateaus ahead.
