First time posting any results...

Ok. So this is my first time posting any results. I have a lot of pictures I just did that are in my profile, but probably more than I want to put here... lol

Anyhow, in January I was 164. Lost 10 pounds from January until May 23 when I started this.

Measurements -- 05/27/2012 ---> 06/29/2012

Weight - 154
> 148 - Down 6 pounds
Bust - 40.5
> 39 - Down 1.5 inches
Under bust - 34
> 32.5 - Down 1.5 inches
Natural Waist - 30
> 28.5 - Down 1.5 inches
Waist at belly buton - 33
> 31 - Down 2 inches
Hips - 40
> 39 - Down 1 inch
Thighs - 24
> 22.5 Down 1.5 inches!!!!!
Calves - 15.5
> 15 - Down 1 inch
Biceps - 12.5
> 11.5 Down 1 inch.

I did all these measurements before starting 30 day shred. Long way to where I want to be, but it's a start. Feel free to look at pics. Tried to wear same things, and have dates on them to see the difference 1 month can make.

  • Would love to hear thoughts. I know I see it on someone else long before I really see it on myself. I had to take the measurements before I believed any difference. lol

    Wow, that is amazing progress for a month. Your stomach has changed so much! Congratulations!
  • Thank you both. Especially bout the stomach. That is probably my least favorite part of myself. But several csections have left me feeling like I will never have it back.
