I just read this quote on pinterest and had to share:

"girls who are naturally skinny are lucky but the girls who had to fight to be skinny are strong"

    When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

    My Weight Watcher leader has everyone write this down in the meeting before Thanksgiving as a reminder to not overeat just because it's in front of us. That saying has always stuck with me....
