I just bought myself a FitBit and I just love it. Does anybody else use one or similar? It is a great motivational tool.

I bought a fitbit within the last month. I really do like it. It is a great motivational tool and tells you how many calories you are burning as the day progresses so when you are being "lazy", you can pick it up and do extra walks, stairs, etc.

I have a fitbit every time I step on the scale.

And do you allow it to adjust your MFP goals and then you eat at a good deficit based on what you really appear to be burning?
Of course, for real exercise, especially not running, it'll be greatly underestimated anyway.

Someone gave me the older version in December. It's fun.

I bought my fit bit over a month ago. I absolutely love it. I have a very active job working at my local hospital so its been interesting to see how many steps etc I cover each day.

Add me if you like and we can encourage each other to work harder.

I have a PolarF7 HRM too which I use for calories as it is more accurate. The sleep tracker on the FitBit is useful for me.

I log my activity, i.e., biking, racquetball, etc., in the FitBit site, and then it makes an adjustment to the MFP site.
