which food would you NEVER give up?

York peppermint patties. I keep a king-sized bag of the mini ones in my freezer at all times - a nice 50 calorie treat once every couple days to keep my sweet tooth in check0

We just made this the other night - and since I'm watching calories - I had to document it and it weighs in at like 1000 calories
We call it Taco-Roni.
It's basically tortilla chips, then mac n cheese on top, then taco meat, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and whatever other toppings you want. It sounded odd to me when my husband wanted to try the recipe - but it is scrumptious!
PS - I will work out for three hours to clear room for this.0 -
ham, in any form I could eat it for every meal0

honest question: why is anyone giving up any food that they enjoy?0

honest question: why is anyone giving up any food that they enjoy?
Because some people blame the foods, and not their habits for their weight problems.0 -
vodka, wine, pnut butter, cheese and avacado. yum0

I would be a complete douchecanoe without chocolate. You know the way that Gomez looks at Morticia? That's the way that I look at chocolate.
Also on that list are french fries, glazed donuts and good sushi- the chubster kind with cream cheese, etc. mmmmm. Moderation, people. Moderation.0 -
chocolate and pickles...the two most important food groups0
-
Chocolate. I just, CAN'T! I just excersise for it (:0

I haven't given up any foods that I like.
I just count them in my calories for the day.
And I've lost 71 lbs so I must be doing something right. LOL0 -
I will never give up any food or drink, ever. Cut down maybe, give up, never. What would life be without the occasional cake, cookie, ice cream, hard drink, or other little indulgence. Long and boring. Moderation, yes, exclusion, never.0

Butter!! I use far less now than I did when I started MFP, but I'm ever going to give it up completely.0

FRIED CHICKEN! However now I only eat a small quantity (like once a month). Whereas before I use to eat it at least twice a week! Here and there I sub out my once a month treat and make oven fried chicken, yummy and healthier but can't compare!0

Healthy food I'd never give up: Avocado.. I'm in love with it.
Unhealthy food: Chocolate or desserts... I obviously don't eat sweets everyday but I have a major sweet tooth so it's almost impossible for me to give that up altogether.0 -
I would have to say Mexican Coke....but I wont be drinking much of it from now on. And not until I reach my goal.0
-
I have 3:
1. PEANUT BUTTER!
2. CHEESE!
3. BEEER...
Trying to give up the last one, but just can't.0 -
Cake, chocolate, ice cream... though I am working on reducing to moderate amounts when I do have them as one serving never seems to be enough at the time, lol.0
