Your stomach isn't draining?0

Well... my fiancé is doing an elimination diet soon, to see what's worse for him. He drinks a lot of smoothies and eats mostly Paleo at the moment, since that seems to be improving things once they leave his stomach. What particularly are you looking for?0

Are your taking a probiotic. They seem to help me. I have also been trying to go Paleo and getting away from grains and beans seems to be helping as well.
what exactly are you looking for?0 -
Look up gastroparesis on mayoclinic.com. it will give you a lot of useful information (plus there is more info on the internet if you do a search). It is better to eat small meals and stay away from foods high in fat. I take medication daily for gastroparesis, so I can sympathize.0

During an attack, I stay away from raw fruits and vegetables and nuts....they are hard to digest.0
