Hey! I've been using the MFP app and trying to lose weight! I don't usually count calories, unless I wanna get back to eating healthy. I usually follow the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno, but it's interesting to see my calorie intake at the same time. My husband is my "only friend" on MFP... unsure on how to add people or if it makes for an awkward friendship. Anyway, I'm Mel.

    I thought I would NEVER count calories, but so far it's making me accountable of what I eat and what a difference.

  • I'm Mel (Melanie) and have been using MFP for only 1 week. I have a long way to go to reach my goal and need friends to encourage me along the way. I'm 50 yr old Christian mom of 4, grandma of 1, Wife, RN, starting at 282 and down 4 pounds my first week. Not sure about how to add friends either but need some.
