Over a stone gone in 4 weeks *pics*

So i started my journey around january and at my heaviest was around 210lbs and i am now 160!

Only joined up to MFP about a month ago and thats when i decided to take pictures

Weight in the first pictures is around 12 stone 8 and second pics is 11 stone 6 what i am now

Before i took the pics this morning i didnt think you could tell a difference but i think from looking at the pics there is some difference
