Hey All,
I've posted my weight loss journey before but I wanted to have MFP also support me in a different way.
I started a new blog where I discuss health and push others to stay the track like I have. This blog is very important to me because I hope it can help keep me and others accountable, and I plan to be as honest as possible with myself. For the past year I've stayed the same weight due to unhealthy eating habits and since I started being more active on this blog, I've started being more honest with myself and having a more positive relationship with food.

In about 2 years I've gone from 330 to about 216 (currently 225) and I plan to lose about 55-60 more lbs. Now I'm focused on moving the lbs towards the right direction!
