It's 101 here and our air went out yesterday. I feel as though It should be considered an exercise since all I can do is sweat. No way am I NOT going to make my water goal for today. Air conditioning man will be here in a few minutes. Hopefully it will be an easy, inexpensive fix. Remember the old silver sweat suits you use to wear. I don't have one of those but right now who needs one. OOOh! He's here......Wish me luck.

I hear that! It's 90 something outside, and we don't have central air. Our house is 86 degrees! I'm sweating typing this!!!!

Unfortunately being hot doesn't burn any extra calories. Being cold does though.

i was thinking the same thing today. i was outside for like 30mins and i was soaked. tmi, but true. when you fill out exercise a heat option should be right under time.

last time my AC was out during a real hot streak it was out for 3 days. after work id hit a bar and have a few beers. then i'd go to a movie and get home around midnight. then i would fill an ice bag and put it on my head and try to fall asleep before it melted. it was horrible. my sheets felt like they were coming out of the dryer it was so hot.

I think when you are sweating sitting still, you are burning something. That must be how a sauna works, right? My house is my own personal sauna right now. :)
