Silly question about vitamin water;

I drink the Vitamin Water Zero (lemonade) while I'm out and about and I was wondering if it's considered water intake (like, when you enter your water amount in for the day) or if you should just put it into your food section (since it has like, 7 carbs or something like that).
Thanks!
Thanks!

There are so many different opinions on this - but what I do is put in in the food section AND log it as water.0

Anything I drink that's liquid I track as "water", and if it has calories, I log it as "food" as well.
I credit water as a huge reason I lost so much weight.0 -

Yeah, that's what I had been doing but I wasn't to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong.Yes, by all means count it.

Yeah, I drink a TON of bottled water throughout the day but I'll occasionally grab some Vitamin Water Zero so I wasn't sure which area to chalk it up too. I've been putting it under both sections but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wrong.0 -
I add them to my snacks not water, only because they have a few carbs... i drink one or 2 everyday, but I also drink well over 8 glasses of water a day... if you exercise daily 8 glasses should be easy0

Yeah, I had been adding it to my snack or if I drank it at a meal, I'd add it into whatever meal I drank it at.
I drink a fair amount of bottled water throughout the day (I'm a dog walker by trade so I'm out walking a good part of the day) but I wasn't sure if I should be counting it as carb/food intake or water intake.0 -
Just keep doing what your doing, for the longest time I never even logged them and it never effected me btw drive is by far the best kind0

I created a section in my diary specifically for things like this. Although I don't have them often.
My diary looks like this.
Early
Afternoon
Evening
Night
Non-Water Drinks <---Consider adding this to your diary
Supplements
Also, I don't count non-water drinks into my total water count. My personal preference0 -

I'm so picky, haha. I can't get myself to try anything other than the lemonade since I know that I like lemonade.
Time to expand my horizons!I created a section in my diary specifically for things like this. Although I don't have them often.

Ah, that's a great idea. Thank you!0 -
I drink them also. My dietician told me that they do count as water. So, that is how I count them.0
