I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months, and dropped 2-3 dress sizes...most days I feel pretty darn proud of my accomplishment, Then there are days where I look at my stomach and think, UGH I"M SO FAT. Does anyone else have this? I think I forget where I've come from, and fear I'll never move out of that occasional "I'm fat" perspective about myself.

I can totally relate to you! I have about 9 more pounds to go to reach my goal which is one half of what I was at my heaviest! But I still look at myself and think, "Only 9 pounds? I need to lose that much in one leg. There is no way that can be right!" It's frustrating. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever be content with my weight.0
