    WOW! What a difference! I just hit my 30 lbs mark (I had lost a few lbs before joining MFP) but I don't think my results look even half as good as yours! Keep it up! :drinker:

    Nothing special, just trying to eat as clean as possible and a mix of cardio and weight lifting.
