20 lbs by Oct 1

Who would like to be part of a challenge starting tomorrow?

Part of the success I have had on MFP is not only being accountable to myself, but having people going through similar experiences to support me.

And a little challenge and competition here and there is fun too!

Whether you weigh daily, weekly, or monthly, having a set weigh in day to help motivate you and see progress can be a helpful tool.

Our group won't just be looking at the scale, but measurements, recipes, fitness ideas, and encouragement will all be a part of this as well.

    I would love to join too! I have 22-23lbs left anyway, and my goal was to lose it by October 13th. I'm the photographer for my best friend's sister's wedding that day, and both of us are trying to lose the weight together. I'd love the extra motivation/competition!
