I hate being tall. My weight is spread out around my body, so even though i've lost 9 kilos (20 pounds), I see no difference.

How much weight did you lose before you noticed a difference?

  I'm 5'11'' and love it. Sure you're heavier, but you have amazing legs
  
  I saw a difference at around 28lbs.
