On the final stretch

Hello! I'm 60 and I started this weight loss journey at 196 pounds 18 months ago. My goal is 155 lb, unless I get there and see room for improvement. I have not weighed 155 for 20 years and it was short lived at that time. I've conquered breast cancer (5-year mark this year!) and now it's time for this fitness goal. Weight is one thing; coordination and strength are even more important to me. I have a very demanding career and try to work in my workouts in small chunks throughout the day. The FitBit has helped me very much in getting to where I am now. It is very, very difficult to lose weight at this stage of my life but I am very determined. I feel as though I am the only person that can gain weight on a cycling trip in the Alpilles in France! Being in this together will help I'm sure.
My best to all of you!
