Hi all - I am 44, single and an empty-nester, and over the last 5 years I have experienced several tragedies and quit smoking, and I've gained nearly 75 lbs. I hate going to my closet because I don't feel good about myself anymore and I just go for whatever is big and long enough to cover my huge butt and gut.

I'm on a mission to get healthy and fit, and I'm looking for friends to do this with. I'm in Austin, Texas.

    Hey there! I'm 41, also in Austin, and working on getting my body back to where I want it to be. Do you have a gym membership? It's sooooooooooo hot to even try to get outside and do anything more exerting than check the mail!
