Hello skinnyfat!
Keto diet... I'm new to all this! You weight loss is obviosly going better than mine! lol
Nice to see someone else from the UK, let alone MK!!
Keep up the hard work!! xx0 -
Keto is basically eating a very low amount of carbs so your body has to metabolise fats by going into Ketosis. Its the only diet that works for me as usually a normal calorific defecit just eats my muscle . The first 3.5 kilos I lost was probably due to depleted water and glycogen from my muscles so not really fat loss so not quite as good as it first appears.0

One of the great things about these forums is meeting like minded people. How brilliant to meet someone from your own neck of the woods! I am also from the UK so it's nice hear from others. Our food, weather etc can be so different from the majority. Keep up the good work :-)0

Maybe thats something I should be trying then... I'l give it a while as I am and see how I go! Not great at planning what I eat as don't have much time, so I try and keep my exercise up, but its worth considering if I strugle to lose anything. Will see how the next few weeks go.
Skinnyfat, what are your CW, GW?

My current weight is 89.5 kilos, goal weight is actually 95 kilos but is recomposition I am looking for. From this point I know I can add 8 kilos of muscle in three or four months of big eating and hard training but I always struggle to lose the fat. At the moment I want to try to drop 8-10kilos worth of fat then hit the gym hard to build the muscle back up.
ps I flicked through your food diary and saw a lot of skipped breakfasts and a kitkat, both are bad for your diet. The only excuse for chocolate is feeling dizzy or ill from too much of a calorie deficit. Also choose your carbs from the good end of the glycemic index but mostley never skip breakfast, I have between 500-1000 calories every morning.0
