I have been on a plateau for almost 3 weeks. I have lost and gained the same 3 pounds almost daily, and it is so frustrating. I have done everything right..exercised almost every day for an hour or two, kept my calories at the right amount and ate mostly healthy food. No matter what I do, the scale will not change. My clothes are definitely fitting me differently again, but not the scale..it refuses to move.

It is days like today that I want to give up, and then I pull up old pictures. I don't think I really realized how unhealthy I was getting, until I see where I am today. I look at those pictures, and my motivation is back. The scale may not be moving right now, but I am changing, and that is what's important.

I totally agree. You look great. Pictures are much better motivation than the scale. I have only lost 10 pounds so far and can't really tell a difference. Whenever I get discouraged I snap a few pictures and put them beside my before pics, HUGE change in my body. Keep up the great work!!

WOW!!! You look great! You did such an amazing job! Don't let these 3 lbs bring you down...we all always fluctuate so much, it's crazy!!! Anything can make it happen, TOM, ect.
My scale never moves, and if it does, it's like 1 lb. I stopped weighing myself, but a lot of people lately have been telling me that I lost weight. I'm like "nah, the scale won't budge, I couldn't have lost"....

Sorry for the HUGE pictures, I have made them smaller on photobucket, but that doesn't seem to translate on here haha.
