Avocados are really good. I have to watch my potassium as well.

    Strawberries
    Almonds (almond milk)
    Salmon
    Tuna (most fish, especially white)
    Lentils
    Squash
    Greek Yogurt
    Avocados
    Hemp Hearts/Seeds/Powder

List goes on really. Google "foods high in potassium"

Now this all comes with a caveat; as long as you are eating a generally healthy diet with a balanced intake of foods you are likely getting all the potassium you need. Most nutrition facts don't contain potassium because they are not legally required to as with sodium so if you are monitoring via MFP it will be under what you are likely taking in. You do not want to supplement potassium either unless advised to by a doctor, as this heart an irregular heart beat and other cardiovascular problems.

V-8 juice and lite salt are also good ways to get more potassium.

Oranges, tomatoes, grapes, Lettuce, cucumbers, Green peppers, and basically any fruit and veggie out there. My salads always have 1,000 mg of potassium or more plus my protein shakes have a good amount too.

Some really good low-cal sources of tons of potassium are beet greens and low sodium v8. That's where I always go if I'm having a low-veg day.
