I'm Emily, 19 years old from England. On a mission to get down to 115lbs!
I know this site is predominantly 30-50 year olds, and I have nothing against mature people at all, a lot of my friends are older than me, but sometimes I feel a little out of place. I'd really like to try and find some younger people to be fitness buddies with
I just need some support and motivating words now and then, as well as some suggestions to how I can alter my diet (my big problem is avoiding carbs). I'd love to help out others in a similar way too.

Hey Im Stacey, I am 27 years old but still feel like im 21 lol!
Im currently doing a 1300 calorie a day diet keeping my carbs and fat in take low, i have also taken up swimming.
I weigh 133.5 lbs and want to get down to 119 lbs, so we have a similar goal.
My downfall is that i love carbs too, pasta and potatoes mmmm.
