    Instead of eating Dreyer's Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt, get their Frozen Fruit Bars. They will cool you off just as fast, but won't add that much sugar to your body. Great snacks are celery and carrot sticks and bannanas. Also baked potatos are great for a lunch meal, just use something like I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light and pepper and maybe bacon chips. Also don't eat unless you are really hungry and drink at least six glasses of water a day. Good luck to you! :happy:
