I went to the grocery store this morning! I bought fresh tilapia, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, hummus, carrots, pepers, strawberries, greek yogurt, spinach (for salads) and a bottle of chardonnay :)

Planning to make some salads for lunch with tuna and with leftover salmon from the weekend and to snack on more veggies to cut down on sugar intake!

    mushrooms
    edamame beans
    roasted chickpeas(garbanzo)
    USN whey protein powder
    mussels
    sweet potatoes
    pears
    gala apples
    filtered whole milk
    duck/chicken eggs

That is the usual sort of thing I have in stock, and keep stocked up on, other than the bounce energy balls which I only got because they were selling boxes of 12 for £5 locally, when they are usually almost £2 each (a rip off for their 42g size).
