New Blog on Cooking

Hey guys. I've been a member for a while, lost a lot, gained some back. Currently I'm training for a half marathon.

Cooking has always been fun for me, but I don't have a lot of experience. I've started a blog documenting my attempt to cook better. I'm trying to lose weight simultaneously, and some of the recipes may surprise you. I've learned to eat healthy based on portion control rather than cutting fat out or something. Don't be worried when I use butter. Fat is good for you (as long as it doesn't latch itself on to your thighs). I'm losing weight with everything I eat.

Feel free to post your comments, tips, or advice. I can't give too much of the later at this point, but hopefully that'll change in time.

On an unrelated note, I'm going on a 4 mile run (longest I've done since I was 21) later today. Wish me luck! And good luck to all of your endeavors.
