Anyone from Spain, Italy or France out there?
I'm from Barcelona and I love our traditional and varied food, and also Italian and French cuisine. Any Spanish, Italian, French food lovers/cooks who want to share healthy & yummy recipes?

I'm not from Italy, but I love Italian food, and I cook it quite often!

my favorite dish is rotini pasta with alfredo sause and shredded parmesan cheese, with slices of grilled turkey sausage. The calories are pretty low, and the flavor is amazing!

    What's alfredo sauce?

Something I do very much and I use in all sort of ways is samfaina (ratatouille): diced and fried onions, aubergines, peppers & tomato sauce. I use it to accompany grilled meat, chicken, tuna... I also like to mix an egg with a cup of ratatouille and cook it shortly and eat it on top of a slice of bread.

Alfredo sauce is a creamy butter sauce. here is a link to some recipes for it. It's VERY good, you should definitely try it

American Italian and real Italian are 2 very different types of food. I love the real stuff. The American versions usually have way more fat and salt.
