Hey all lately my sodium is usually over and I have found the issue which is usually with my lunches. I usually have a 1/2 of turkey sandwhich or 1/2 tuna sandwhich with tomato soup. I obviously found the issue which was the turkey lunch meat and soup so I have cut them out of my diet this week and my sodium intake is now good and my body is retaining less water. However, I am at a loss for other quick lunch options. What do you all pack for lunch as your main food item? I will also pack myself fruit, a hard boiled egg, and Greek yogurt. Any other good options?

I often make extra portions of dinner to take for lunch the following day. If I am in a bind and don't have any leftovers I will grab any of the following: snack pack of hummus, hard boiled eggs, a handful of strawberries, sliced up red or yellow pepper, raw almonds, yogurt, a packet of low sodium tuna, string cheese0
