    :smile: Hello today i am starting again for the lost count to get my weight under control - so at 215, diabetic i am choosing to lose 1 lb a week. so right now i am getting ready to walk 1 hr with leslie sansome so feel free to chat everyday so we can see how we are doing and will check to give you all the support you need. i need a lot because i don't have anyone to work out with so i tend to get depressed and fall off but as of today 7/1/2012 i am determined to get it down. will post picuture as soon as i figure out how to. pamela
