    hi i'm pamela just turned 54 and started using insulin. my goal is to lose 6lbs by the end of this year and next year try for 2-3 lbs per month. its exceptionally hard when medicine im on makes me gain weight but as of today i am Serious so thanks for the support. lets buy skinny jeans and really know the meaning of skinny. pamela
