Weigh-in 6/29 (down 2.2 kg for the week!)

I lost 2.2 kg this past week. And it's not a "daily fluctuation" either because my weight has been dropping steadily since last Friday:

Sat -0.2 kg
Sun +0.2 kg
Mon -0.8 kg
Tue -0.2 kg
Wed -0.8 kg
Thu -0.8 kg
Fri +0.4 kg

Net change over the week: -2.2 kg.

I've now lost 10.2 kg total = more than 22 lb.

I've also increased my daily cycling distance along the river, going on to the "2nd bridge" before turning back.

    I'm counting calories, of course, with a goal of 1800. But for heart health I'm following the Ornish Spectrum (group 1, heart disease reversal) plan which is basically vegan, with no added oils and no nuts.

    When you eliminate animal products, fats/oils and nuts it's all but impossible to eat too many calories!
