Excersise suggestions

i was looking for some exercise suggestions or routines that would be good for me. I have bad problems with me feet, especially my left foot that makes doing alot of things extreamly painful and being on my feet for an extended period of time, especially when im doing something stressful like exercising will almost make me collapse from the pain so something not overly stressful would be good, which means nothing that invloves alot of jumping or kicking or supporting my weight soley on one foot.

Start by just walking outside. do 10 min 1 way 10 min back. then after a few days bump it to 20 min 1 way, 20 min back.
the workout dvds that i do are very much of jumping etc so I cant help you there. Google some excersize Ideas or go to youtube.0 -
First thing I would do is get your foot/feet checked.

i already know whats wrong with my feet, theres no actual cure for it, just treating the pain the best that i can, Ive only just started treating though. It can take anywhere from 3 months to a year for the pain to completely go away and for a small percentage of people the pain may never go away. Hopefully im part of the majority.0

I think you should try swimming. It has minimal impact on your joints, therefore it shouldn't cause pain. A lot of places have access to a pool many gyms and schools have them. It is definitely not as convenient as a lot of other forms of exercise, but it sounds like when your treatment is over you can resume more normal activities. And then you could try walking/running or another exercise.0

hmm, i might be able to do the swimming thing if my sis will let me. she has a big in ground pool at her house and i love to swim, dont know if i will be able to though, wont know untill i ask.0
