Oh the silly things kids say!

Since I've started watching what I eat, I've been a lot more conscious about what everyone else in my house eats too. That includes my 3 year old daughter!

I've been letting her make more food choices and most surprisingly she often makes really healthy ones but it has lead to her saying/doing hilarious things.

Last night as I was making dinner, she looked in the crisper drawer and asked me, "Mommy can we have corn on a corn stick too?"

The day we bought the corn, we were in the produce section of the store and she picked up a fruit and asked me if she could get it. I told her that I would buy it if she could tell me what it was. She said a "macterine" which is close enough. I got her to repeat it the right way and turned around to get a bag only to discover when I turned back to her that she had already taken a big bite! UGH! Try explaining that when you're checking out.

So, does anyone have any silly/funny/frustrating kid stories out there?

    That's too cute.

My son oves helping me at the store. However he tends to grab anything in his reach to put in the cart, lol.

I was driving myself and my son home last week. He went really quiet and I wondered if he'd fallen asleep. I asked him if he was OK and he said "no".

I became concerned and asked him what was wrong. He said "I've lost my voice!" I asked him where it had gone too and he told me it was hiding.

Companies pay big money to put certain foods within kids' reach/eyesight.

We avoid that by letting her "push" the cart with me... It's a little funny looking but she feels like she's helping.

    Aww, that's cute!

My daughter quite often pretends that her hands are other people while we're driving. They have arguments and end up hitting each other... It's sometimes disconcerting to see her smacking her own hand LMAO
