I pigged out SO badly last night. PLEASE HELP.

I must have had over 2,000 calories worth of junk food last night, plus the 1700 calories or so I had from normal food. And I'm supposed to go to the lake in 2 days with my friends for a party. And it's "that time of month". It's going to be IMPOSSIBLE to not look bloated and heavy!!! My stomach is going to look huge! ): Every time I'm on my period, the first day I splurge like NO OTHER. It's ridiculous! What can I do to make my stomach go down quickly??? ):

today is a new day --- by eating clean and spending 2 hours an evening lately in the pool I find I have been losing weight like crazy. I am always moving in the pool, I walk in it, I jog in it, when freinds are in it with me we play water volleyball. since friday I have lost over 1 lb.
so while up at the lake spend a lot of time in the water and you will be amazed at the results.0 -

meh, so you pigged out and will be bloated, odds are you would be bloated anyway if it's that time of the month, so enjoy your fun and realize you're probably the only person who will notice or care.0

I splurged on onion strings and other fatty foods at Famous Dave's last night. Don't feel bad. Get plenty of activity and sleep. Drink water and reduce your sodium content (if you can). Don't eat right before bed either.0

Today is a new day. Don't fret about yesterday other than to promise yourself you'll take better care of yourself today. I find it best to take my own snacks and drinks to parties so I have something to munch on while everyone else is eating junk. Special K cracker chips are awesome. 1 serving - 27 chips - 110 calories. I also like to take a container of blueberries. You can eat them like candy, but they don't have a lot of calories, and they are so full of nutrition, it doesn't really hurt you to indulge. Also, if you're at the beach, take a long walk/run on the sand - great workout. Or go swimming. You can get a lot of exercise while you're partying with friends.0
