Today's challenge is: Bent arm dumbbell pullovers

Let's do 75 of them.

Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

    Done. The video was very helpful. I used a five pound weight (because that was all I have).
