The important thing is - are you 'regular' with your calorie deficit? It's all about calories in/ calories out. And while working out is awesome and has many benefits...you will not lose weight if you're not in calorie deficit.0

Are you logging everything you are eating? If so, maybe get a kitchen scale. I love mine.0

what kind of workout are you doing? you could be gaining muscle. weight and measurements might stay the same, yet you notice less flab.0

I do not eat more that 1200 cal/day..
and there has been no change in my muscles as i notice same flabs all over!!0 -
Actually, something isn't adding up.
You say you are working out every day and you are eating 1200 calories a day (not netting, eating).
But you're not putting on muscle and you are not losing weight.
If you're not gaining muscle you're not working your muscles hard enough. Do you measure your pulse? Are you sweating? If you are using your muscles they should not be flabby.
If you are counting every calorie - and I find to my chagrin that adding in all those tiny little bites/sauces/nut or twos add up to a few hundred calories a day - then 1200 calories is not very much unless you are a sedentary tiny person. If you're not even netting that either you aren't counting your calories properly or you eating so little for so long that your body is just being too efficient.
Most people who plateau do so because they are lying to themselves. They think they're dieting, but they really aren't:

I'm sorry to sound so harsh. I'm not trying to be. If this does not describe you, then I would talk to a doctor because you aren't metabolizing your food properly and your body isn't able to access enough nutrients to build muscle.0 -
no you are not being harsh...
I dont have a HRM but i sweat alot, it's looks like "Me just out of shower"
Its really bugging me... I am following dietitian plan... she has already told me if i don't lose any weight then again she will change my plans...0 -
If you just have 19 lbs to go then you're probably not overweight by much at all. You're going to have to be really honest about your calories consumed and calories burned because the last 10 lbs or so take discipline to get rid of. It's really simple math. Calories consumed - calories burned = your weight. If you're not losing then you're not eating less calories than your body is using.
Get a food scale and look more closely at your diet. You're missing something because MFP has generally been really accurate for me on weight loss. Of course you probably have a smaller window between your TDEE and BMR but that just means you need to be more careful not that it's impossible at all.0 -
No i made my first target to lose 19 pounds..0

I won't give advice, because I don't know all the facts. I will say that if you have been at it for awhile now (think it said two months) you might need a bit of a kick start. When I hit a plataeu I will do a couple things, change up the work out routine, do a cal/carb cycle, or maybe just have a cheat day. It sounds like (could be wrong) you might be too restrictive, I think maybe doing 1500 cals or so for a week might be the ticket. But again just opinion based on what I have read.0
