So there is a ton of exercise videos around, from yoga to p90x. So I ask what is the best one you have found out that works best for you. I like doing different exercises but I get so bored after a while. I really want to try the new 10 minute trainer, and I have heard the insanity is awesome. So what is one that you would refer?

I'm on my 2nd round of P90x and I am mixing in some Insanity workouts. I would highly recommend either one of those.0

Don't know if you are into Pilates/Barre/Yoga/Ballet type stuff, but I am fully enjoying Core Fusion. Small, intense moves and results are visible and quick. Not a big calorie burner, but definitely a good stengthning and sculpting workout. Builds lean muscle. I've lost inches, but no weight on the scale.0

First round of Insanity! Day 4. It's awesome so far! Kicks my butt!!! And my husbands...he is a SGT in the military with a deployment under his belt too!!!0

P90X has been great. They are now doing a FREE 30 day trial on P90X and related products.

Jackie Warner has some great videos and I do like Jillian Michaels. I know many people here have strong feelings about her but as a mom, I don't have a lot of time and her workouts are usualy about 30-40 minutes of a hard workout. Which I like!0

I would recommend P90X(90days/6days a week) for resistance & body composition, although you can do it with bands, to get the best from it you need weights & a pull up bar - it is a very comprehensive program, with elements of cardio, yoga & stretching. The "days" usually run to around 60mins give or take a couple of minutes either way. This system is so well presented & very modifiable, with "easier" examples & tougher options presented for each exercise.
TurboFire is fast & furious BUT mostly fun cardio, the discs have innumerable options, from short fast w/outs upto combinations of w/outs, I can't emphasise enough the aims & methods used are a lot like Insanity BUT with fun thrown in for free Great beats & a lot of fun.
Insanity(60days/6days a week) is a lot of football drills & jumping, a dedicated following BUT I really can't see why, the discs run to just under an hour, are really tough but IMO boring & repetitive & injury prone
An all round great is RushFit(60days/5days a week) an MMA inspired w/out with great pedigree. It is 5 x 5 minute rounds with a minute rest in between. Seven discs that run at 45 mins each. Circuit training with mostly bodyweight & a few light weights used, really tough & great fun. Although the "days" do accentuate different body parts/areas, this is really a full body conditioning series. A bit drier than P90X, less fun than TurboFire but it doesn't suffer from this, it is all business.
All times include warm ups & cooldowns.

I did the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and saw success with it! Lost 10.5 lbs and 26.75 inches! It's a 90 day program: 15 discs. It was worth if or me! Now I'm onto P90X and I can tell that the JMBR really helped with my strength too!0

I absolutely LOVE (and just finished) the Biggest Loser Boot Camp video with Bob! It can be customized. There's warm up, level 1, level 2, level 3, and cool down that can be added in any order you choose. It's "meant" to be a six week program that is 2 weeks with warm up, level 1, cool down, two weeks at warm up, level 1, level 2, cool down, and two weeks at warm up, level 1, level 2, level 3, and cool down. I've never done it that way. I just use it to fill in when I can't/don't make it to the gym or didn't get a very good gym workout, etc. I love it! It helps keep me from being bored too, since I can customize it. And it's a good workout. I definitely feel it!!0

I have done P90X, Insanity, Insanity : The Asylum and now doing P90X2. All are great workouts. All will give you a great sweat. However, any DVD series will get repetitive. So, you need to determine what you find fun when working out. Are you a cardio junkie? Insanity of the Asylum. Do you enjoy mixing in weight lifting/resistance to break up some of the cardio? P90X.0

Personally I don't like to do a workout under 30 minutes--if I'm going to sweat, I might as well get something out of it. I started out with Jillian Michaels' 30Day Shred (back in February) and lost 5 pounds, but most of that was just my body being shocked out of its fat. This morning I did JM's Ripped in 30 (week 2) and followed it up with her 6Week6Pack (workout 1). If you can find some friends who also like these DVDs, you can each buy a couple, then swap. Or rent them from the library. Or watch bits on Amazon or collagevideo before picking one. Bob Harper's videos are all $5 on his website, but shipping is a killer. I'm all about losing weight, not money.0

I started out doing Rockin Body...it's a 30 Day program. Very low intensity but I got pretty decent results for someone my size I think! I just recently started doing Turbo Fire. I just finished week one and am already down 7 lbs and my pants are loose! I can't wait for day 90 to see my results! Team BeachBody has a TON of great choices. Feel free to add and message me if you need any help finding a great fit for you!0
