30lbs lost!!! and Color RUN!!!!

Friday when I weighed, I came in at 155lbs that was my original goal. That puts me at a 30lb weight loss for the last 6 months. Next goal is 149 what I weighed in 2008 before my first kiddo!

Saturday I did the KC ColorRun it was a blast!!! Highly reccomend!

This was my 2nd 5k and my 3rd offical race. The first one was a 2 mile race.

    The Color Run is a blast! I ran Seattle in May and can't wait for Portland in September.

    Kimsue123 - It's a powder. Warning - green is the hardest color to get out!

    Yeah, I just did it yesterday and it is colored corn starch, so powdery. It washed out of all my clothes and my hair. My skin took some scrubbing. After each color station, there was a bit of a dry taste to my mouth, so water was helpful (well, and because it was 95 degrees).
