Newbie on board!

Hi guys,

My name is Jacqueline and I'm relatively new to the site.

I really struggle with losing weight and I'm looking for a bit more support to help me get through it - it's always when you're trying to be good that temptation calls, right?

Anyway, feel free to add - everyone needs that little bit extra support :)

Also - if anybody has any quick, easy but filling breakfast ideas, please shout.

    Im new too. I know what you mean about struggling but am so motivated because the site is so easy to use. I have about 4 stones to loose so a long way to go.

    For breakfast I find the only thing that fills me is eggs... And to my surprise just one egg and a piece of toast will do me till lunchtime.

    Hey all,

    I am also new. I joined last Wednesday and have been very successful thus far with losing 4 pounds. I eat a bowl of Generic (Walmart Brand) Mini Wheats Cereal every morning. This cereal is 10 calories less than Kelloggs brand and it still very filling. Add me if you like I struggle to keep motivated but this site makes it easy!
